I just finished 6 weeks of workouts and nutritional coaching from
Caitlin. I don’t even know where to begin singing Caitlin’s praises!
Every single workout was packed with challenging exercises lead by a
high energy and motivational Caitlin. Every workout was unique and
kept me excited to see what the day held. The 6 week program
progressed at a level that I was comfortable with and it became more
challenging as the weeks went on. Caitlin offered modifications to
exercises that may be too hard and also offered challenges if we
needed an extra push. I left every workout sweaty and feeling like I
could do anything! After 6 weeks with Caitlin, I am much leaner,
stronger and more fit than I was when I started!

I was really struggling with quarantine eating, a move across the country, having a newborn baby,  and a deployment during a pandemic. This was the best decision I have made in a LONG while.  I feel so much stronger and healthier both mentally and physically.  I usually resort to wine and bad eating to get through a deployment, but this time I was focused on exercise and healthy eating.  

At the beginning I had little to no strength in my core after housing two children in there for 9 months a piece.  while working with caitlin, I regained my core strength.  My legs and abdominals especially feel stronger! I even notice a difference in the shape of my body. At first I was thinking of ways or excuses to get out of workouts, but I did not bail, I forced myself to do it! You were super encouraging (in an authentic way) and offered modifications when I was strugging and needed them. I think the encouragement and you checking in held me more accountable too. I was so sore the first couple of days, but after the first week, I had more energy and was recovering faster than I have had.  I have to attribute this to your nutritional plan and the fuel I was putting in my body and I was actually enjoying the meals and feeling full! Your workouts are absolutely killer, and I feel like dying at the end of every single one, but when they are over I feel proud to have finished. 

I think the most exciting changes have been that I have my energy back that I had back before kids, I have a better attitude and mood, less anxiety, I have made time in my day, every day, to work on fitness vs. make excuses, and I am actually excited to eat healthily. I plan on holding onto these things as a lifestyle change. I want to keep feeling and living like this and getting stronger. I feel like I'm on my way to my best self, and want to keep going! With that said, it's also so freaking exciting to see the scale reflect work...I am down FIFTEEN pounds in just 6 weeks!!! What a way to kickstart fat loss!! In most of the areas of my fitness, I doubled my results, so that's super encouraging! 

caitlin you are amazing, and i prove that you are making the direct changes in peoples’ lives and health. That has got to feel amazing!

working with caitlin has definitely helped with the Kick start I needed mentally and physically. I came into it feeling so sh*tty, tired, and with no motivation. I currently am 7lbs and inches down after just 6 weeks and feel soooo amazing! I have more drive and energy then I ever used to, my body feels soo much stronger then it did 6 weeks ago and that's definitely a huge improvement for me. I used to have a lot of knee pain and shoulder pain as well and that has completely changed in such a great way! i am excited to continue.

I started my fitness journey with Caitlin 31 weeks ago. In the 31 weeks I’ve found my love of fitness again and weight training. I had tried many different workouts; Orange Theory Fitness classes, Pilates, running, and even had a personal trainer at one point for 2 years. Nothing worked for me, the weight would just not come off, it was like it was stuck on me for life. I was unhappy, didn’t want to be in pictures, my anxiety was through the roof, my thyroid problems were at an all-time high, and I was tired all the time. Being a mom and working full-time I made a ton of excuses as to why I couldn’t make time for myself. That all stopped when I took a spin class with Caitlin. I thought she really knew her stuff and that it was a super fun class. Then during the pandemic I started doing Caitlin’s strength training workouts on Instagram. Later when she posted that she had an opening for her training program, I took a chance and emailed her right away and started a custom program for me. It was only supposed to be 8 weeks! But here I am almost 32 weeks in!! In the time I have been with Caitlin I have noticed a HUGE change in my health. My doctor has decreased my thyroid medication. I am 20+ lbs down and my body fat % and body mass index has made a huge change. Not only that but I don’t feel the need for my previous medication as my anxiety has significantly decreased. In September I wore a bikini for the first time in forever. The workouts she makes for me every week are so convenient, some can be done at home so I have no excuse to not get it done. My weekly workouts are so varied that just when I feel like it may be getting easier, nope there’s a change up. Body confusion at its finest. I have never been more happy, more energized, or fit. Im starting to see ABS!!!! I’m 38 years old and I’m the fittest that I have been in a very long time. Thank you Caitlin for making fitness fun again and constantly keeps me motivated!
