Hi, i’m caitlin mcgowan.

i have been in the fitness industry for 20 years. believe it or not, my career started at the age of 16, when i first taught group exercises classes. after going on to study Exercise Science at the University of Delaware, i immediately continued on with my career in the fitness industry, and never looked back.

My spectrum of experience in clientele is vast. I have worked with professional athletes, the at-risk population, the average gym goer, celebrities, pre and post natal clients & more.

my spectrum of experience in modalities is vast. i am trained in quite literally everything except power walking because well that’s just obvious. including but not limited to strength & conditioning, Cycling, Tabata, Battle Ropes, Sandbells, Kettlebells, Precision Running, Rowing, HIIT, TRX, Treadmill, Boxing Conditioning, mobility, & Barre.

i’ve been fortunate to work with top brands like Equinox, Nike, Men's Health magazine, and more. I’ve been featured and/or quoted in Fitness Health, Vogue, Elle, Womens Fitness, Health & Fitness, GQ, Womens Health, Telegraph, and Mens Health. I have hosted workouts for top brands like Nike, LuluLemon, Reebok, Harrods, Moët Champagne, Bloomberg NYC, & Black Rock.
